What is EyeRewards?
EyeRewards is a program that rewards vision members for completing their annual vision exam with an in-network provider.

How it works:

• When you visit an in-network provider for your annual vision exam, you’ll receive a $25 voucher to use at Sunglass Hut.
• After your exam, the voucher will appear in your member portal, MyHumana, under the “EyeRewards” page in the navigation bar.
