Am I able to put more money into my Health Care FSA once I use all the funds available through my debit card?

You can only add money to your Health Care FSA at the beginning of the plan year, during your enrollment period, UNLESS you have a change in lifestyle status (marriage, divorce, widowed, birth of a child or adoption of a child, etc.). Once the account is depleted, you won’t be able to use the debit card and you’ll be responsible for playing for any additional out-of-pocket costs.
